Chapter One Bookstore is located in The Bishop Michael Eldon Complex on University Drive. 

Chapter One Bookstore is open Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. 

Hours of operation are subject to change according to local holidays.

All products that are sold in the campus store are available for online purchasing. This includes UB Logo Apparel, Gifts and Novelty Items; University Textbooks and Supplies; School and Office Supplies; Learning Aids and so much more!

Our Book Rental Policy is currently being written and should be in effect for the upcoming semester.

Our Book Buy Back Policy is currently being written and should be in effect for the upcoming semester.

At the moment orders must be placed online and paid for and collected in store. Scholarship orders must be placed online and paid for in store at all times. 

You may pay for your order using cash, credit or debit cards. Scholarship purchases may also be made at the cashier with the relevant paperwork.

You may sign into your account to modify the order. If you did not create an account, please send an email to chapterone@ub.edu.bs for further assistance.

We are able to arrange on campus deliveries for your order after payment has been made.

Yes, orders placed before 12:00 noon will be available for same day pick up and/or delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 noon may be collected on the following business day.

Order modifications may be done via My Account on the website or via emailing your query to chapterone@ub.edu.bs.

Unfortunately, Chapter One Bookstore does not issue cash refunds. A store credit may be processed and placed on your account. 

We are sorry that you are having an issue with your code. Please send an email to chapterone@ub.edu.bs and be sure to include your student number and attach a copy of your software code and payment receipt.
